শর্তাবলী
BestMart Collection-এর ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার, পণ্য ব্রাউজ, অর্ডার বা ক্রয় করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই Terms & Conditions বা শর্তাবলী মেনে নিচ্ছেন বলে গণ্য হবে। অর্ডার করার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে নিচের শর্তগুলো ভালোভাবে পড়ে নিন।
১. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী
BestMart Collection যেকোনো সময় প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ওয়েবসাইটের পণ্য, মূল্য, অফার,
সেবা বা এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
আপডেট করা শর্তাবলী এই পেজে প্রকাশের পর কার্যকর হবে।
২. পণ্যের তথ্য
আমরা প্রতিটি পণ্যের ছবি, রং, সাইজ, ডিজাইন, বিবরণ এবং অন্যান্য তথ্য যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে
প্রদর্শনের চেষ্টা করি।
তবে ডিভাইসের display, lighting, photography বা অন্যান্য কারণে বাস্তব পণ্যের রঙে
সামান্য পার্থক্য দেখা যেতে পারে।
৩. পণ্যের মূল্য
ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের মূল্য প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
কোনো অফার, discount বা promotional price নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের জন্য প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
অর্ডার confirm করার সময় প্রদর্শিত বা সম্মত মূল্যই সংশ্লিষ্ট অর্ডারের জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবে।
৪. অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও নিশ্চিতকরণ
ওয়েবসাইটে অর্ডার submit করার অর্থ এই নয় যে অর্ডার স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে চূড়ান্তভাবে গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে।
Stock availability, customer information, delivery area বা অন্যান্য কারণে
BestMart Collection কোনো অর্ডার confirm, hold বা cancel করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
৫. সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান
অর্ডার করার সময় গ্রাহককে সঠিক নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ঠিকানা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্যের কারণে delivery delay, failed delivery বা অন্য কোনো সমস্যা হলে
তার দায় BestMart Collection-এর উপর বর্তাবে না।
৬. পেমেন্ট
পণ্য বা অর্ডারের ধরন অনুযায়ী Cash on Delivery, online payment বা অন্যান্য অনুমোদিত
payment method ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে।
Online payment-এর ক্ষেত্রে third-party payment gateway-এর নিজস্ব terms এবং security policy প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
৭. ডেলিভারি সময়
সাধারণত:
ঢাকার ভেতরে: ১–২ দিন।
ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩–৪ দিন।
তবে courier service, আবহাওয়া, সরকারি ছুটি, দুর্গম এলাকা, অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতি বা
অন্যান্য কারণে delivery time পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
৮. ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য যাচাই
গ্রাহককে পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় ভালোভাবে দেখে ও চেক করে নেওয়ার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
প্রয়োজন হলে delivery person উপস্থিত থাকা অবস্থায় পণ্যের সাইজ বা প্রয়োজনীয় বিষয় যাচাই করে নিতে পারেন।
৯. Return ও Exchange
Return বা Exchange সংক্রান্ত সকল অনুরোধ BestMart Collection-এর
Refund, Return & Exchange Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
সাইজ সমস্যা, পছন্দ পরিবর্তন বা অন্য গ্রহণযোগ্য কারণে exchange প্রয়োজন হলে
প্রযোজ্য delivery charge গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হতে পারে।
১০. এক্সচেঞ্জের সময়সীমা
কোনো কারণে পণ্য exchange করতে চাইলে সাধারণত
পণ্য গ্রহণের ১ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
যোগাযোগের সময়:
সকাল ১০টা থেকে বিকাল ৫টা।
১১. Exchange-এর জন্য পণ্যের অবস্থা
Exchange-এর জন্য পণ্য অবশ্যই fresh, unused এবং পুনরায় বিক্রয়যোগ্য অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
ব্যবহার করা, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, নোংরা বা পরিবর্তিত অবস্থায় থাকা পণ্যের exchange request প্রত্যাখ্যান করা হতে পারে।
১২. আমাদের ভুল হলে
গ্রাহকের অর্ডার অনুযায়ী ভুল পণ্য, ভুল সাইজ বা ভুল item পাঠানো হলে এবং ভুলটি
BestMart Collection-এর পক্ষ থেকে হয়ে থাকলে,
প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের নিজস্ব খরচে exchange-এর ব্যবস্থা করা হবে।
১৩. গ্রাহকের পছন্দ পরিবর্তন হলে
অর্ডার অনুযায়ী সঠিক পণ্য পাঠানোর পর গ্রাহক যদি নিজের পছন্দ পরিবর্তন করেন,
তাহলে exchange বা return-এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য delivery charge গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
১৪. Stock Availability
কোনো product website-এ প্রদর্শিত হলেও সেটি সবসময় stock-এ থাকবে—এমন নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া সম্ভব নয়।
কোনো ordered product stock out হলে আমরা গ্রাহককে জানাতে এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী বিকল্প,
অপেক্ষা বা cancellation-এর option দিতে পারি।
১৫. অর্ডার বাতিল
অর্ডার processing বা courier-এ handover হওয়ার আগে cancellation request গ্রহণ করা হতে পারে।
ইতোমধ্যে dispatch হয়ে যাওয়া order-এর ক্ষেত্রে delivery বা return charge প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
১৬. ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের নিয়ম
BestMart Collection-এর ওয়েবসাইট কোনো অবৈধ, প্রতারণামূলক বা ক্ষতিকর কাজে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
Website security নষ্ট করা, automated abuse, malicious code, false order বা অন্য ব্যবহারকারীর
অভিজ্ঞতা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করার চেষ্টা নিষিদ্ধ।
১৭. মেধাস্বত্ব
BestMart Collection-এর website design, logo, branding, original images, graphics,
written content এবং অন্যান্য নিজস্ব material অনুমতি ছাড়া commercial উদ্দেশ্যে copy,
reproduce বা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
১৮. Third-Party Services
আমাদের website-এ courier, payment gateway, social media বা অন্যান্য third-party service
ব্যবহার বা link থাকতে পারে।
এসব third-party platform-এর নিজস্ব terms, privacy policy এবং service rules প্রযোজ্য হবে।
১৯. Account Security
Website-এ customer account সুবিধা থাকলে account information, password বা login details
নিরাপদ রাখা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।
সন্দেহজনক activity লক্ষ্য করলে দ্রুত আমাদের জানাতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
২০. তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা
গ্রাহকের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য কীভাবে সংগ্রহ ও ব্যবহার করা হয় তা আমাদের
Privacy Policy-তে বিস্তারিতভাবে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে।
২১. অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতি
প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক পরিস্থিতি, ধর্মঘট, পরিবহন সমস্যা, internet বা technical failure,
courier disruption বা BestMart Collection-এর যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা কারণে
সেবায় বিলম্ব বা বাধা সৃষ্টি হতে পারে।
২২. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা
প্রযোজ্য আইনের সীমার মধ্যে BestMart Collection এমন ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না
যা website ব্যবহার, third-party service, delivery delay বা গ্রাহকের ভুল তথ্য প্রদানের কারণে
পরোক্ষভাবে সৃষ্টি হয়েছে।

By accessing the BestMart Collection website, browsing our products, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

services, website content, and these Terms & Conditions whenever reasonably necessary.

descriptions, and other information accurately.

photography, lighting, or other technical factors.

Promotional prices, discounts, and special offers may be available only for a limited period.
The price confirmed for an order will generally apply to that order.
4. Order Acceptance and Confirmation
Submitting an order through our website does not automatically guarantee final acceptance.
BestMart Collection may confirm, hold, or cancel an order because of stock availability,
incorrect customer information, delivery limitations, payment issues, or other reasonable circumstances.
5. Accurate Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, phone numbers, delivery addresses,
and other necessary order information.
BestMart Collection cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by
incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
6. Payment
Depending on the order and available services, we may offer Cash on Delivery,
online payment, or other approved payment methods.
Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, and security procedures.
7. Delivery Time
Our normal estimated delivery times are:
Inside Dhaka: approximately 1–2 days.
Outside Dhaka: approximately 3–4 days.
Delivery times may vary because of courier operations, holidays, weather,
remote locations, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Checking Products at Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect products carefully at the time of delivery.
Where appropriate, you may check sizing or other relevant details while the delivery person is present.
9. Returns and Exchanges
All eligible return and exchange requests are handled according to our
Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
Applicable delivery charges may be payable by the customer for size changes,
changes of preference, or other eligible exchanges.
10. Exchange Request Period
Where an exchange is required, customers should generally notify us
within 1 day of receiving the product.
Our stated office hours are
10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
11. Product Condition for Exchange
Products submitted for exchange must remain fresh, unused, undamaged,
and in resalable condition.
We may refuse an exchange if a product has been used, damaged, altered, or otherwise
returned in an unacceptable condition.
12. Errors by BestMart Collection
If BestMart Collection delivers an incorrect item, size, or product because of an error on our part,
we will arrange an appropriate exchange at our cost where applicable.
13. Customer Change of Preference
If the correct product was delivered according to the customer's order but the customer later wishes
to change it, the applicable delivery or exchange charges must generally be borne by the customer.
14. Product Availability
Displaying a product on our website does not guarantee that it will remain in stock at all times.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact the customer and offer an alternative,
waiting option, or cancellation as appropriate.
15. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be accepted before an order has been processed or handed over to a courier.
If an order has already been dispatched, applicable delivery or return charges may apply.
16. Acceptable Website Use
You must not use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
Attempts to interfere with website security, submit fraudulent orders,
distribute malicious code, or disrupt the experience of other users are prohibited.
17. Intellectual Property

written content, and other proprietary materials may not be copied,

Where customer accounts are available, customers are responsible for keeping account credentials

Service or delivery may be delayed by circumstances such as natural disasters,
transport disruptions, strikes, political events, technical failures,
courier interruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BestMart Collection will not be responsible
for indirect losses caused by misuse of the website, third-party services,
inaccurate customer information, or circumstances reasonably outside our control.

24. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions and our services will be subject to the applicable laws
and regulations of Bangladesh where relevant.
